We have created a retreat program that combines a Yoga retreat with an Active Fitness retreat in beautiful Bali that is off the beaten track in a rural village beyond Ubud. Each day is different, taking you into the local area to discover parts of Bali that most travellers don’t get to experience with Jungle treks, Cycling, Sunrise volcano climb, Canyon Tubing.
We believe in balance. Your body will appreciate the restorative Yoga sessions at the end of each day. The benefits of soaking in the hot springs and relaxing with a traditional Balinese massage are well deserved. Our fresh, authentic village style food will nourish and delight you. Just hanging out in our swinging chairs looking out over the rice paddies is time well spent.
Worried that you are new to Yoga? Don’t be. This retreat is here to help you start your Yoga journey, or deepen your practice for those who already have made Yoga part of their daily lives. Our yoga teacher will be guiding you through 90 minute yoga sessions, working on traditional Asanas and Pranayama breathing techniques. Don’t worry if you are a beginner, all levels of experience are catered for.
