Susan is a dedicated fitness professional with over 8 years experience in the fitness industry. She combines her personal training and holistic lifestyle coaching skills to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing through functional training and practical nutrition.

Susan believes that to be a living testament of health, vitality and to have the body shape you’ve always wanted, you must make the conscious choice to live healthy, for that is the foundation of optimum health and fitness. Nothing happens by chance, it happens by choice.

Specialising in women’s health and having worked for 6 years in a leading female health and fitness centre Susan has helped countless women lose weight, get fit and stronger, and has re-ignited confidence and belief in many who had once lost it through life’s experiences. Her own 12 week body transformation challenge not only taught her the basic foundations of exercise and nutrition, but more importantly, taught her the power of the mind, the self belief and the will power to achieve anything you set your mind to.

Susan works as an Exercise and Lifestyle Coach and also runs a women’s boot camp business on Sydney’s North Shore.  She is also a published author, having written fitness articles for local newspapers and fitness magazines.
